Emoran is a male elf from Aoweii. More specifically, he is an Arctic Elf. His clan was one of the 12 Elf Clans of Aoweii to unite into one kingdom after The Battle of the Rebels. He sports long white-gold hair that reaches his shoulders. Emoran wears the grandest outfits of the Aoweiinian government. His presence emits a sense of wisdom and authority.

Emoran is a high-ranking diplomat from Aoweii. He was born into a highly regarded family of the Arctic Elves Clan. He grew to be an idealist with grand plans for the planet of Aoweii. His philosophy is that Aoweii should be more involved in off-planet affairs. This mindset clashed with the old ways of Aoweii, where many elders were against any form of off-planet diplomacy.

However, Emoran persisted and proved himself in Aoweiinian affairs. He prevented many instances of infighting and the united clans flourished under his guidance. With his hard work, he was promoted to Emissary of Aoweii. This historic position is a first for the Elves of Aoweii. Emoran pledged to himself to not waste this opportunity to bring Aoweii to the forefront of interplanetary politics.
