BIOGRAPHY
OUTLAW FROM KKOODDRRAA
Tolan is a man living on Kkooddraa. It’s unknown if he was born there or from a different planet. He has a very short and stout build. Don’t let it fool you, he moves quick for his size. He has no hair, a metal leg, and is missing an eye. He wears a large mechanical apparatus on his back that he refers as his “fun box”

Tolan is an outlaw living on Kkooddrraa. No one knows were he is originally from but many speculate he may be from Vaxlier due to his shorter stature. He is a talented engineer, able to make anything from weapons to ships from junk parts. He is a harsh and blunt man, with no regards to civility. This has gotten him in many fights and costed him his eye.
Tolan absolutely hates any and all forms of authority. Anyone imposing their will on him were met with a bullet or worse, his flamethrower. He later comes to meet the Outlaws of Kkooddrraa. He joins them as they navigate the planet trying to survive.
