Wi-Lao is a man from Wan-Ri. He has a tall build and black skin. He has an athletic build, ready for anything that can come his way. He also has the traditional Wan-Ri tattoos all over him and a long black braid on the top of his shaved head. He wears the traditional warrior priest robes at all times.
 
Wi-Lao was born and raised on Wan-Ri for most of his formative years. He trained hard and was recognized for his talents by being chosen to join the Warrior Priests of Arcadia. He now trains under Zhao-Lan and Corrin.
 
Wi-Lao looks very intimidating but has a warm personality. His fellow warrior priests would know him to be understanding, patient, and wise. When things get intense, however, he becomes the most ruthless warrior on the battlefield. He is also the lover of Drisa-Yun, a fellow warrior priest who fights alongside him.
