Zhao-Lan is a man from the planet Wan-Ri. He has average height with an impressive physical build. He is in prime physical condition, almost superhuman in how he moves and fights. Unlike his fellow Warrior Priests, he doesn’t shave his head, he has short black hair. He wears the traditional Wan-Ri robes proudly and wears different variations depending on the situation.
 
He was naturally gifted in the ways of combat and spear energy. He was chosen to lead the newly formed Warrior Priests and immigrated to Arcadia with his fellow warriors from Wan-Ri. His talent is unmatched, no one has better physical skill than him and only Corrin can best him in using spear energy.
 
Zhao-Lan is one of the oldest members of the Warrior Priests, with his experience he shared grand stories of Wan-Ri with the younger members. He misses his homeworld dearly but has come to accept Arcadia as his new home. He sees Corrin as a brother, vowing to protect him and his family. He also trains Corrins’ children as honorary warrior priests. They see him as a role model and Lynn calls him “Uncle Zhao”.
