The Black Palace is currently searching for three prime suspects within the system. Please note that these fugitives are considered armed and dangerous. Based on the suspects' last known whereabouts, Black Palace security will be increased in the following planets- PUGART, GORKON, and the colonies of BRAROCLYN. All surge ports bordering the Rayon Prime system will be under a code BLUE lockdown. Only essential vessels will be allowed to surge jump between systems after a thorough inspection. All other travel between systems is suspended until further notice.
Below, you will find the profiles of the suspects. It is important to mention that the suspects have managed to avoid being captured through any imaging systems, so photo identification is currently unavailable. Physical descriptions are based on eyewitness accounts. If you have any information that could be useful to aid in their capture, please do not hesitate to contact your nearest Black Palace official as soon as possible. A possible reward for information leading to capture is up to 50,000 BPU.

LIEV AZMOZ
DESCRIPTION
Aliases: Son of Scars, Shattered Bane, Mr. Azmoz
Species: Proto-Male Type
Home Planet: Pugart (suspected)
Last Location of Operation: Gorkon
Physical Characteristics: Liev is described as having a stocky medium-sized build. Black eyes that are the same color as his pupils. Liev was last seen with his hair trimmed short with a dark orange hair color. It's suspected that he was born and raised on Pugart, this would explain his dark tan skin and deep wrinkles from the Pugart sun. He is also believed to be of middle age with no relatives identified.
CAUTION
Liev Azmoz is a ranking member of the elusive Ebon Hand and is wanted for weapon trafficking activities on Gorkon. Black Palace has confirmed his trafficking operations are linked to the ongoing Gorkonian rebellions and also the Eclipse Nexus gang war in the capital city of Paradin. An official Black Palace bounty was placed on Liev but he has since evaded capture from any official forces or bounty hunters. Leiv is formally charged with illegal trafficking, weapons-backed terrorism, officer-involved homicide, and BPU laundering.

FAEDRAZA FILARK
DESCRIPTION
Aliases: Ship Runner, Filark, Cruiser King
Species: Proto-Male Vaxlier Type
Home Planet: Vaxlier
Last Location of Operation: Pugart
Physical Characteristics: Faedraza has been confirmed as a male from Vaxlier. His build is small compared to the average build, which is the common form of Vaxlier natives. Eyewitness reports suspect that Faedraza has a bald head and yellow pupils. There is an identifiable scar on his right cheek area. This is critical as Faedraza usually keeps his face hidden in most accounts. The suspect's age isn't confirmed, but it is theorized that Faedraza is at least a full-term adult or possibly older.
CAUTION
Faedraza is a known smuggler and distributor of space-capable ships. He started his illegal activity on his home planet of Vaxlier, doing petty-level ship theft. Faedraza caught the Black Palace's attention after it was confirmed that he had begun pilfering cruiser-class ships belonging to the Black Palace. He has since expanded his influence across systems, mostly out of necessity to evade capture. It is suspected that Faedraza is now operating on the planet Pugart. This is confirmed by the recent discovery of contraband ships and ship parts seized by Black Palace officials.

VORTHYS
DESCRIPTION
Aliases: Death of the Deep, Sea Monster
Species: Native Yres Predator, Sex unknown
Home Planet: Yres
Last Location of Operation: Yres
Physical Characteristics: This creature going by Vorthys was identified by eyewitness accounts. It is suspected as a large predator, at least three times the size of the average build. The suspect is also confirmed to be amphibious, capable of traversing land and water. Vorthys has a bipedal form while also sporting large fins on its back and arms. The skin of Vorythys is described as a translucent purple shade, while its eyes seem to be either hidden or missing.
EXTREME CAUTION
A creature on the planet Yres was spotted about half an orbital cycle ago. Native people of Yres have given it the name of Vorthys, meaning 'Death of the Deep'. Vorthys has been terrorizing the local population, targeting and attacking ships with increasing frequency. Vorthys has been confirmed to be an intelligent and cunning creature, methodically taking out seafarers with ferocity. Local Black Palace officials have been sent to kill the creature, but have also been attacked and Black Palace marine ships were destroyed. It is also confirmed that Vorthys is just as dangerous on land, attacking Yres island cities and decimating the inhabitants. This is now a matter of planetary security. If you are a resident of Yres please be on the lookout for this dangerous creature. If Voryths is spotted, evacuate the area and contact your nearest Black Palace official as soon as possible.
