ATTENTION TO ALL CIVILIANS OF THE MEHDIAS JX7 SYSTEM!

Black Palace officials are searching for three prime suspects in the local system. The suspects are to be considered armed and dangerous. Effective immediately, planetary lockdown procedures are in place for SCAV, EQUOLIS, and MYERO. All surge ports in the system are under CODE BLUE LOCKDOWN; only essential spacecraft will be allowed to leave the ports.

Below are the profiles of the three suspects. Descriptions are based on verified sources and eyewitness accounts. Photographic identification will be updated when received. Please report any information that can aid their capture to your nearest Black Palace official. These criminals must be caught as soon as possible. A reward of up to 100,000 BPU is available for each suspect apprehended.

TRE-DAL'IN

DESCRIPTION

Aliases: Allegiance Mehdias General, Torch of Kassiar

Species: Proto-Male Type

Home Planet: Kaasiar

Last Location of Operation: Equolis

Physical Characteristics: Tre-Dal'in is described to have a tall full full-bodied build. Noted to be more muscular than average. His eyes are green, and he was last seen with short amber colored hair. His skin is a deep tan and shows wrinkles on his face. Appears to be in the middle-aged range for his species.

CAUTION

Tre-Dal'in is an active general of the Allegiance rebellion forces. A close ally of Corrin and General Dalire (deceased). He led treasonous attacks against the Black Palace all across the system. A large campaign was mobilized against his and Dalire's forces on Kaasiar, until the planet was decimated by the All Father's bio-weapons known as The Accursed. It was believed that Tre-Dal'in perished with Dalire on their home planet. However, Allegiance attacks have reignited across the system. Black Palace intelligence has confirmed that Tre-Dal'in is leading the attacks and is actively evading capture. His last known base of operations is on the planet of Eqoulis and is most likely still there.

KOBALIAN KING

DESCRIPTION

Aliases: Sun Eater, Kingpin of Scav

Species: Unknown Male Type- Possibly Fargulkian

Home Planet: Scav

Last Location of Operation: Scav

Physical Characteristics: Kobalian King has a gigantic build. He resembles a Fargulkian in sheer size and brawn, but has distinct differences. Kobalian's skin is a pronounced pale green. He also has various appendage spikes around his neck and back. These features aren't found in common Fargulkians; he may be a result of mutation or mixed breeding. Kobalian's eyes are bright gold. He doesn't have hair but has been reported to sport facial hair, which is a grey color.

CAUTION

Kobalian King is a major force in the Scav under-city crime scene. Most accounts would say he's the top criminal boss, instilling fear in other rival gangs. Scav crime has been on the rise, and Kobalian has been mostly to blame. Recently, Kobalian claimed more power for his faction by betraying and executing allied gang leaders. He is involved in crime across all levels of the undercity. From murder and thievery on the upper levels down to fraud and high-scale smuggling in the lower. Kobalian has a vast network and has been able to evade Black Palace authorities since his rise to power.

X NULL

DESCRIPTION

Home Planet: Unknown

Last Location of Operation: Myero

Physical Characteristics: X NULL has not been confirmed in person. All current descriptions are based on speculation. This person or persons is likely a native of Myero. During the crimes committed by X NULL, eyewitness accounts reported a mysterious figure nearby. The figure was humanoid in shape and could have cybernetic parts.

CAUTION

Recently, on the planet Myero, cyber attacks have been rampant in cities and networks. This isn't an unusual occurrence on Myero; however, the recent hackings contained threatening messages towards Myeran officials and The Black Palace. Following the cyberattacks, a Black Palace outpost center was bombed, killing four officers. A mere few weeks after the bombing, a hover platform was hacked and shut down, causing a collapse and killing over forty people. The Black Palace is now calling the hackings and attacks terrorism, and is quickly searching for the suspect. A recent hacked broadcast showcased the name of 'X NULL' and that they are behind the attacks. Additional broadcasts were displayed towards the Black Palace and "all puppets in power who do their bidding". The Black Palace has aligned with Myero's top cyber experts to hunt this terrorist down. Please advise on any information relevant to finding 'X NULL'. Take caution and avoid large public areas until the suspect is apprehended.
